European Union Collection

On this side of the Pond, we think of European Modernism as a celebration of form for its own sake. Truth in materials is the mandate. If it is derived from nature, then the natural quality is laid bare. But man-made materials are selected for consistency and regularity, revealing man’s exacting ability to engineer and control. Manufactured in our mills in the Netherlands, European Union™ is a collection of textured styles – Flor™, Scandinavian™ and Heuga 725 – in three shades of grey that create a foundational plane for the floor.

Scandinavian™ is an honest, flat-woven texture that installs in a quarter-turn method, remaining true to the tile format by exposing the grid.
